Why...
Who...

-
BCPS student access to arts education varies widely within City Schools, and is generally much less than the rest of Maryland.
-
Many BCPS students are missing opportunities to discover and develop artistic interests and skills, cultivate aesthetic appreciation and creativity, seek scholarships, and pursue careers in arts-related fields, as well as to enhance their academic achievement, self-esteem, ability to work with others, resilience/self-discipline, and feeling of belonging and contributing.
All who want to support the cause in any way
